Develop an International Marketing Plan
Learn how to utilize market research resources to develop your international marketing plan. This in-depth workshop will assist you in identifying the best potential markets, choosing a market entry strategy, determining the best pricing and implementing the market strategy.  

Finding & Entering New Export Markets
Learn how to plan for export market diversification, identify high potential markets, devise market entry strategies, and establish effective distribution in the target markets.  

International e-Commerce Marketing
Learn how to use the Internet to research foreign markets, find information on import regulations, locate potential buyers and leverage public resources to support your export marketing efforts. Topics include how to globalize your website, promote your products online, and integrate the Internet into your global marketing plans. Includes a case study of one company and its eMarketing initiatives.  

International Market Planning
This class is designed for those who have long considered developing an international business or marketing plan but did not know where to begin. It provides a rare opportunity to learn techniques for developing a successful plan while having access to an expert consultant that will review and critique the plans. During the seven sessions, participants will learn how to successfully market products and services abroad as they begin developing their plan. Topics covered will include tools for making a country risk analysis, overview for designing and developing a marketing plan, and implications of the product life cycle along with identification of how the marketing mix may change. In addition, comprehensive lectures and materials will focus on product, pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
